We’re closing in on week 2 of the school return here in Queensland, and I can already feel the stress and overwhelm mounting. From the kids to the teachers to the parents, it’s all happening.

Just the other day, I had a parent call me in tears, feeling completely lost with how to support their teen. Within minutes, I was able to help alleviate that worry. But as my emails fill up, my inbox overflows, and my phone battery dies from the constant stream of calls and messages, I know I need to do something that can help as many people as possible.
